To preserve the highest standards of scientific integrity, accountability, and original scholarship, authors are under a strict ethical obligation to remain entirely transparent regarding the deployment of these systems. If generative AI or AI-assisted tools (such as large language models, automated proofreaders, or statistical script generators) are utilized in the development of a manuscript, their use must be formally declared in the mandatory Declaration on the Use of Artificial Intelligence section located in the end-matter of the paper. This declaration must specify the exact tool used, the version, and the precise operational purpose it served. Submissions that exceed the 20% threshold or fail to transparently report the use of AI tools will be immediately rejected during the initial editorial desk-screening phase.
